Being a simple graduate from University Of Rajasthan, Jaipur, His interest in computers simply pulled him into the software field, He completed his Oracle O level and A level to get a sound hand in IT industry, then to brush his skills he started teaching in N.I.I.T. where he was soon promoted to senior faculty member, further he completed his first certification of .Net and qualified as Microsoft Certified Professional and then became the founding member of the company.

Chartered Accountant with 20 years of experience in Corporate Finance & Accounts, MIS Reporting, Budgeting, Payroll, Taxation, Company law matters of different companies. Possess comprehensive experience in heading activities related to finance and accounting; skilled in overseeing the preparation of account statements & maintenance of Statutory Books of Accounts. Expertise in handling Direct tax (up to High Court) and indirect taxation matters (up to Supreme Court). Good Knowledge of Merger & Acquisition. Expertise in preparation of MIS Reporting on a month over month basis and projecting future outlook to Corporate Finance; assessing financial results/ profitability implications and expert at identifying business risks & implementing mechanisms. Proven ability to improve operations, impact business growth and maximize profits through achievements in Financial Management, Internal Control, as well as improvement in productivity & efficiency. Able to conceptualize and modify the present system to optimize resources at all levels. Adept in supporting and sustaining a positive work environment that fosters team performance with strong communication and relationship management skills. He has worked with Kanchan International Ltd, VGL Softech, WOI software, AVEVA, and other software companies.

Completing his masters in commerce background, Harish was always into teaching, he was pulled from the crowd by N.I.I.T. and trained him, his amazing skill set saw him growing from a normal faculty member to the Center Head of one of the six centers of N.I.I.T. Furthermore, now he trains various organizations and colleges. Genpact, Gyan Vihar college, Deepshikha College are one of the esteem clients he is working with.
